●1908 俄罗斯斯拉夫石油公司最早起源于1908年罗曼诺夫王朝，当时斯拉夫地区浅表层石油资源非常丰富，为皇家的御用石油供应地，在1994年6月正式成立现代化俄罗斯斯拉夫石油公司。1996年公司拥有石油储量为3.83亿吨，石油产量为1300万吨，石油加工量为1900万吨。雇员人数为1.65万人。斯拉夫石油是俄罗斯石油工业总公司外的第二大石油公司，也是俄罗斯最大的润滑油供应商。
●2011 前期在中国做了一年多市场的考察，调研，和官方多次努力下，终于在2011年香港成立俄罗斯斯拉夫石油集团（中国）有限公司，实现散装基础油出口中国在无锡委托灌装。
